When installing the weighing system, the installation method and requirements of the weighing sensor are crucial, and the general principle of installation is that the construction is horizontal and vertical.
1. Load cell
(1) The important components of the whole weighing system are weighing sensors and display instruments, which play the main role of displaying weight and signal transmission. The source of the weighing system is the weighing sensor, so the choice of the weighing sensor determines whether the weighing result is accurate.
(2) Most of the weighing sensors on the market now still use the resistance strain gauge, the resistance strain gauge and the lead line, welding points, etc., are very small, so whether it is mechanical strength or electrical strength is relatively fragile, any drop, impact or overload operation in use may cause damage to the weighing sensor and loss of measurement performance. Therefore, in the process of storage, handling, testing, installation and so on, the weight sensor should be handled lightly and certain protective measures should be taken. When installing a larger size load cell, you can first use a rigid substitute of equal height to find the installation position, and then install the load cell; After installation, its appearance should be kept without bump. Scratches, etc.
(3) When selecting a weighing sensor, the form of the weighing sensor, rated capacity, load and bearing capacity should be considered for matching; The impact load, corresponding vibration and resonance effects should also be fully taken into account, and the selection of sensors based on these factors is more standard.
(4) Develop the use of the weighing sensor in strict accordance with the instructions, and carry out the daily maintenance work of the sensor in strict accordance with the installation and maintenance process documents, which is the premise of correct operation and ensuring accurate weighing
2. Requirements and installation precautions for the load cell base
In the actual use of the field, in order to fix the load cell, the load cell is generally used with a fixed base; One end of the sensor is connected to the carrier and the other end is mounted on a fixed base. The strength and stiffness of the base and the bearer should be higher than the strength and stiffness of the weighing sensor itself, and deformation should not occur in the weighing. The bearing base surface must be certified, must be machined, and its size, position, shape, flatness and surface roughness should meet the requirements of the installation process.
The bearing direction of the load cell has been determined at the time of appearance. In order to ensure the accuracy of the load cell, it is important to ensure that the action line of the load cell coincides with the force axis of the load cell during installation, so as to reduce the influence of tilt force and eccentric force.
In the field where multiple load sensors are used, in order to make the load borne by each load sensor basically the same, the mounting surface of all load sensors should be on the same horizontal line.
(1) The pressure type load cell should keep its main shaft perpendicular to the lower bearing surface and the pressure pad during installation, and through their center, the base should be smooth and clean; When installing, try to use a level with a precision of 1/1000 to adjust the mounting surface vertically and horizontally.
(2) When installing the pull weighing sensor, pay attention to making the upper and lower fulcrum on the same vertical line, and the hanging line should be used to check and adjust. When the tie rod is not connected, structural accessories with automatic reset function should be used, such as spherical bearings, joint bearings, etc., which can prevent the lateral force from acting on the weighing sensor and making the weighing result inaccurate.
(3) The fixed end plane of the cantilever beam weighing sensor determines the direction of the spindle and should be strictly controlled.
During installation, it should be noted that the type, style and force direction of each sensor are not the same, so the drilling method and steps can not be exactly the same, and the installation method of each product should be installed in accordance with the installation instructions, assembly drawings and other documents or consult the manufacturer.
